It think a next release can be a normal release. That does not change the fact that still many (most) people use 2.0 and 2.0 development should be continued. My personal opinion is that 2.2 and 2.0 are addressed to different users. 2.0 is working very fine like a simple proxy (IP-IP gateway) and 2.2 is for those who need RAS and gatekeeper interconnection. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Andreas Sikkema" <andreas.sikkema@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, July 07, 2004 9:50 AM openh323gk-users-admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx wrote: > Yes. Will 2.2 ever come out of beta? At some time there should be a reason for people to move to 2.2, if every change in 2.2 is backported to 2.0 we're never going to get 2.2 out of beta. -- Andreas Sikkema Rits tele.com Scheepmakersstraat 11 3011 VH Rotterdam t: +31 (0)10 2245544 f: +31 (0)10 2245540 ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email sponsored by Black Hat Briefings & Training.
