this in an interesting comment. does this mean then when GK selects route it 
uses a heirarchy? meaning if i 3 endpoints like this

gw1=5545
gw2=554
gw3=55

then
calls with prefix 5545222 go to gw1 and calls with 5443333 go to gw2 and 
557777 go to gw3. it will select the most granular route first?
