gnugk 2.0.8 compile error

Hi,

 

When I compile gnugk2.0.8, I encounter the following error:

 

/usr/bin/ld cannot find -lmysqlclient

collect 2: ld returned 1 exit status

make: ***[obj-linux-x86-r/gnugk]

Error 1

 

What does that mean? Could somebody help me. Thanks.
