Thanks for the tip, but now the error message changed:

-- H.323 call 'ip$localhost/650' cleared, reason 12 (Not enough
bandwidth)

I changed the default value to 
TotalBandwidth=3000000  -> Same result

Any Ideas?

How can a see a verbose output on whats going on.  I connected
to the control port, and set the debug level to 5, but
still can't se whats wrong.
