You could use [RasSrv::PermanentEndpoints] section, but this is more
like a workaround.

You would like to use firewall for this purpose - it will do much better
than any implementation in the gnugk. You can also use one of many
authentication modules available with GnuGk. It depends what do you
exactly want to do...
