Did you try reading the gatekeeper manual? The command line option above
should read:
GnuGkCommandLine=-c dm3002.ini -ttttt -o gktrace.txt
where:  the number of 't's represent the debugging level. Note: For the
settings to take effect, you need to restart the service.

2)
Alternative method to turn on debugging - start a telnet session on port
7000 or launch Hyperterminal via Menu->View, that will automatically connect
to the gk status port. Then type the command:
debug trc 1
debug trc 2
.
.
debug trc 5

To turn of debugging type:
debug trc 0
