Hi Kiko, well, there is such a possibility, but it's not entirely simple. The idea would be to enable non-registered endpoints to initiate calls to the GK, enabling Proxy support with the definition of your internal LAN, and assiging the proper E164 numbering for the internal endpoints. This way, a remote station can initiate a Q931 to the GK, which would then interepert the E164 and route the to the proper registered endpoint. Does anyone know if there is any way to call from outside the gnugk zone to inside this zone ? I mean. If someone outside the gnugk zone, who is not registered to the GK, wants to call one client ( with private IP ) inside the gnugk (registered to it ), how could he do it ? And if he could ( anyway ), is this possible from OpenPhone, NetMeeting, etc, or only from OpenPhone ?
