There is no such option like
[RasSrv::RRQAuth]
 default=confirm  <---- Put here allow instead confirm

Also, [RasSrv::RRQAuth] have other syntax and uses for other purposes,
you can read about it in manual.
And one more - you cannot auth CAT H.235 endpoints (ATA-186) with password
section, you must use Radius, Mysql or LDAP.
