parent and child gatekeepers

hello;

I have more Gatekeper.One of them must be Parent.And other ones must be child.How can I configure parent and child.someone may send me a sample?.By the way I study on chil.ini,citron.ini,neighbor.ini,...etc which has included in gnugk.I could not work them.
