On section RasSrv::Neighbors, which is the meaning of field dynamic? I look at RasSrv.cxx line 229,
and 231,and by the examples provided it seems to be like it refers when ip address field is a
DNS name instead of quad-dotted notation ip address, in general a name, that should be resolved in order to
be able to send requests to that gatekeeper.
Is It true, or how should it be used? there is lack of information on the configuration available in the web page.
