Good example,
The latest normal downloadable openh323 version on www.openh323.org is 1.12.2. On this link http://www.gnugk.org/compiling-gnugk.html is shown that 1.12.3 compiles ok with 2.0.7 the latest official released version. So releases above 1.13.0 you need to take from CVS. But than you are not sure that they are compiling well.
Some time ago this incorrect H.225.0 ASN spec "bug" caused me a lot of problems and it took me quiet a while before i got it solved. This might also be the case for other users that use third party terminators.
It is a long time now that 2.0.7 gnugk and 1.12.2 openh323 and pwlib 1.5.2 are there like "official releases" while there are a lot of bugfixes around in CVS updates.
Tjapko.
The use of codecs and taking the last code from cvs seems to bite me one way
or another but for sure I am one of the happiest gnugk users around :-)
The versions on www.openh323.org haven't been updated for a long time.
You should rather look at http://sourceforge.net/projects/openh323 and get a recent one.
