his commercial dialler so there are millions of diallers available. Are we

You can try SoftJoy's SJPhone. You can download a demo from
http://www.sjlabs.com/ SJPhone is a H.323 terminal software which
supports G.711, G.723 and G.729 codecs. It also supports username/password
based authentication. But, as I see, it doesn't support Cisco Access Tokens.
