Currently no. This is only to provide RADIUS server failover.
In this case both radius servers should use the same database
(or provide a separate failover system for replicating databases).
But you can create yourself another accounting module derived
from RadAcct, let's say RadAcctMirror (do not override any methods)
and put it after the RadAcct line.

[Gatekeeper::Acct]
RadAcct=...
RadAcctMirror=...
