Is the endpoint at 62.139.88.173 registering to the Gatekeeper? I've found that PrefixAuth doesn't work if you have AcceptUnregisteredCalls (and they are not a registered endpoint) or they are listed in the [PermanentEndpoints]. The endpoints have to register to your Gatekeeper for [PrefixAuth] to work.
