I've got the very same problem here, everything is working fine, but after a variable amount of time (some hours or days), the RouteRequest is beginning to duplicate :
The first RouteRequest for 7178 is correctly RoutedToAlias 7118 and ACF happens, but then gnugk incorrectly (?) issues a second and a third RouteRequest (thus routed by acd to the waiting queue and then rejected).
The trace is attached.
