Hello, I tried to compile gnugk 2.07 on a Slackware 9.0.0. Got the latest pwlib and openh323: pwlib-v1_6_4 and openh323-v1_13_3 all the compilation passed fine. However on starting gnugk gives "Segmentation fault". Have someone had the same issue? Below is the strace output: imes({tms_utime=31, tms_stime=1, tms_cutime=0, tms_cstime=0}) = 345005808 gettimeofday({1078913901, 550753}, NULL) = 0 gettimeofday({1078913901, 551437}, NULL) = 0 getcwd("/usr/sbin", 256) = 10 access("/usr/sbin/gnugk", F_OK) = 0 pipe([3, 4]) = 0 getrlimit(0x7, 0xbffff9c8) = 0 pipe([5, 6]) = 0 rt_sigaction(SIGHUP, {0x409c9888, [HUP], SA_RESTART|0x4000000}, {SIG_DFL}, 8) = 0 rt_sigaction(SIGINT, {0x409c9888, [INT], SA_RESTART|0x4000000}, {SIG_DFL}, 8) = 0 rt_sigaction(SIGUSR1, {0x409c9888, [USR1], SA_RESTART|0x4000000}, {SIG_DFL}, 8) = 0 rt_sigaction(SIGUSR2, {0x409c9888, [USR2], SA_RESTART|0x4000000}, {SIG_DFL}, 8) = 0 rt_sigaction(SIGPIPE, {0x409c9888, [PIPE], SA_RESTART|0x4000000}, {SIG_DFL}, 8) = 0 rt_sigaction(SIGTERM, {0x409c9888, [TERM], SA_RESTART|0x4000000}, {SIG_DFL}, 8) = 0 rt_sigaction(SIGWINCH, {0x409c9888, [WINCH], SA_RESTART|0x4000000}, {SIG_DFL}, 8) = 0 rt_sigaction(SIGPROF, {0x409c9888, [PROF], SA_RESTART|0x4000000}, {SIG_DFL}, 8) = 0 time(NULL) = 1078913901 --- SIGSEGV (Segmentation fault) --- +++ killed by SIGSEGV +++ root@router-sf:/usr/sbin# ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: IBM Linux Tutorials Free Linux tutorial presented by Daniel Robbins, President and CEO of GenToo technologies.
