Endpoint Behind NAT/Firewall

Hi,

How can I manually register an endpoint as a gateway? I have an endpoint
behind a firewall/nat, they can call oneway (meaning they're not hearing
us when we are talking). I tested an endpoint also behind a
firewall/netfilter but they can call us and there's no problem with 2 way
communication. The only difference bet. the two is when they're
registering as a terminal and gateway:

Is this a firewall issue?

Regards,

Ogie.
