depends a lot on the network speed. 10M or 100M?
50*30k*2= 3M
LAN or WAN? i don't think ISP can really provide 100M interface when it is connected to 100M switch? maybe their backbone to upper ISP is less than 100M.
BY THE WAY, for full proxy, it will cost a lot. ISP usually charge $5/G.
