i can think of lots of ways to do this.
you could do a rewrite of 80=0000 or almostt anything that does not have a 
destination defined or you could make a fake perm endpoint with the prefix or 
80 and all calls that start wigh this would attempt to route to the 
no-existand emdpoint.
