we
are looking for software (opensource prefered) that can be integrated as and VOIP endpoint to perform standard audiotex activities; ACD support can be used of gnugk ofcourse.
Mainly
we need to derivate customers by dtmf recoginition; and the standard recording voice after the beep functionality...
IT
would be grate if something like this existed as a PERL module so that we can code with it...
Maybe unrealistic question??
We would be answering the calls with FXO equipment
