Hi all like i suspect the problem arise in the company signaling 
..becausse i am using analog lines... and the cisco tell gk it hookup 
the line succefully and can not determine the moment when user pickup 
the ophone..i test through radius debug and when the call is dialed in 
the line no more information is send back to radius server for determine 
if the user pickup the phone.
