Would it not work compiling the gk on some newer RH machine in optnoshared
and then running the executable on RH6.2?

Hi, all
Have smbd experience of compiling/runnig gnugk 2.0 on RH 6.2 box?
I can't to compile pwlib 1.5.0 and later, only 1.4.11 and openh323 1.11.7
During compilation pwlib 1.5.0 the compiler swore on pldap.h exist, but can not be
compilied. But I need no LDAP support.
And I can't to compile latest 2.0.7 with these libraries on RH 6.2, only 2.0.5
I have not tried 2.0.6
And I can't to force gnugk 2.0.5 to listen to Status port!
Only 1720 TCP port!
Does it exist possibility to run 2.0.7 on RH 6.2?
RH 6.2 doesn't contain glibc-2.2, only glibc-2.1.3-29 and gcc-2.96-54.
