Lets see, according to what you say you have 1600 good calls a day. Which means 1600/2000 = 80% ASR. Sounds perfect to me :-)
You have to remember that VoIP isn't a bullet proof technology, and calls may drop without any specific reason. If you would check the Q.931 disconnect cause it would give you an indication why the call was dropped. In any case, I would kill for a VoIP route that would give me 80% ASR :-)
