The first element in the line is the GW that the rule is being ICbxc> applied to the second the direction (whether it is applied before the ICbxc> standard rewriting and the endpoint selection or after) and finally the rule ICbxc> itself in the same as the standard rewriting ([RasSrv::RewriteE164]). All ICbxc> this allows much more sophisticated control of what is sent to the endpoint ICbxc> for example an authentication prefix and per endpoint routing policies to be ICbxc> constructed.
