I think you are on the wrong path. Accounting is only
a form of one way communication - you send start,update,stop
events, but the response in most solution does not contain
any attributes. It is used just to update a call state inside the database.

But without this you can easily achieve what you want:-)
Just write a script that talks to your database, checks the current balance
and communicate the gk status line to disconnect any calls
when the balance drops below some limit.
