clients on private IPs

Is there a way to force _all_ traffic through the gatekeeper, not just
the connection establishment phase?

I'm asking this because:
I want to install gnugk on the DMZ, with a public IP address, so that's
accessible to clients from outside, but i have to run h323 clients on
the local LAN, which is on private addresses.
The LAN is not NAT-ed when accessing the DMZ, but it is when accessing
the Internet, so there may not be a direct connection from clients
outside to clients on the LAN.
