You should provide more details - like a log file fragment (trace level 5)
for the failed call.
And definitely do not post your email X times across different threads
- the effect may be totally opposite from what you would expected.

My PC endpoint1              gatekeeper (also residing on my PC)
calling  202.136.63.136(external IP outside NAT)endpoint2
(192.168.0.132)         (192.168.0.132)
but when i call in this way from endpoint1 to endpoint2  i got error that
The other party did not accept call
here is my config file.gatekeeper is in simple routed mode not in proxy
mode.
