Gatekeeper/Altigen interaction

I've been hacking away at this for a while - but perhaps someone has already
been there/done that. I have Altigen side calls working just dandy through
the gatekeeper to other systems (Asterisk for one). But the opposite path
does not work. I've got it down to a very clear case of a call coming into
the gatekeeper, the gatekeeper attempts to pass it to the Altigen and it
fails. A Netmeeting client on the same network as the gatekeeper can make
those calls (using the Altigen as a gateway). So it's pretty clear to me
that I'm missing something in the gatekeeper configuration.

Altigen does not register with a gatekeeper - so I have attempted to do the
permanent endpoint config. gnugk.ini follows:

[Gatekeeper::Main]
Fourtytwo=42
Name=Stanton01
NetworkInterfaces=1.0.24.1/24,24.199.17.122/24

[GkStatus::Auth]
rule=allow

[RoutedMode]
GKRouted=1
H245Routed=1
CallSignalPort=1720
AcceptUnregisteredCalls=1

[Proxy]
Enable=1
InternalNetwork=1.0.24.0/24

[RasSrv::GWPrefixes]
stanton01=0,1,2,9

[RasSrv::PermanentEndpoints]
216.86.219.242=altigen;7

What silly thing am I missing?

TIA!
