The originating caller is a Netmeeting client. The proxy-side netmeeting client never sends an H225 Facility message. It only sends a Connect message and then starts H245 Negotiation before the gatekeeper releases the call. The GnuGK is injecting the Facility message to the network-side Netmeeting client.
