1.x.2 versions are not "the latest", since openh323 development moved to 
sf.net infrastracture (http://sf.net/projects/openh323/).

1.x.2 are broken (e.g. configure script for Windows does not run), you may use 
1.5.3 and 1.12.3 versions instead.
