its a common term for when you set your soho router / firewall /NAT box to pick one ip 
address in your lan, lets say 192.168.1.150 and route all incomming requests on the WAN side 
(public internet address) to pass through the NAT box to the pc you specify. what kind of 
router are you using or are you just using DSL or cable modem. most devices have this feature.
