Hi,

please don't put a real web server inside gnugk!
That would add unceessary complexity and people already did a very good job writing web servers.

Please write CGI scripts that do the user interface and send commands though the status port. If you need more functionality than the status port make available now, write code that extends the status port interface and submit those.

PS: But don't let those comments stop you from creating a good UI. We really need that.
