You are using direct mode, so the trace file does not help too much
and I can only guess where is the problem.

I think your Setup message sent to the gateway contains wrong destinationInfo.
Take a look at the trace file - the calling endpoint does not know nothing about rewritten
number - it is using 100862087531765 when calling gateway, not the rewritten 02087531765,
so the gateway probably rejects the call.

The possible solution is to put the rewritten destinationInfo into ACF sent to the calling endpoint.
But it should be done only when the endpoint knows how to process it (canMapAlias
flag is set inside ARQ) - so not all endpoints will work well with this.
