I do not understart how do you want to configure the authentication. RadAuth and RadAliasAuth are in most cases exclusive (unless you setup different radius servers for them)! RadAuth authenticates the endpoint based on H.235 username/password and this username/password is stored at radius backend. RadAliasAuth authenticates the endpoint with a fixed password (set by a FixedPassword parameter) or with the password equal to the endpoint alias.
