We've built our own GateKeeper CDR consolidation system, complete with 
billing management
and reports generation. I must admit that it's not open source, but if 
you would like, we do sell it.
We consolidate information offline on a 24 hour basis, and we support 
multiple GateKeepers setup.
Currently, I'm consolidating information from 4 different GateKeepers, 
without any problems.
