Michal, I don't think any of us who have successfully built gnugk now (there's at least two- shawn and me) have done anything except add the -frepo to the STDCCFLAGS. However, based on what Chris said, you may want to check to see if it is being built with the gnu compiler. I sort of got the impression from his posts that the -frepo was not portable.
