Hi, I only can tell you that I have exact the same error under XP. See my previous input on the forum. It seems to work with w98 under certain conditions. See the input from Ap Muthu about this. I never experienced problems compiling 1.12.0 on XP but in releases after this something changed. Hope this helps or activate some real w32 expert to solve this issue.
