Hello Tjapko, I do not have XPpro. I think it may have something to do with the C:\TOOLS being in the path. XP does not have an autoexec.bat file to enforce it. maybe a registry entry may do the trick or an additional path setting in the dsw. The PWLIB should be compiled after executing a prior version's configure.exe which should generate an additional .h file in the include subfolder. The same must be done for the OpenH323 libraries as well with it's respective earlier version's configure.exe.
