Not really. Usually, a neighbor GK would be used when you have a prefix located on another GK, and
you would like your GK to query the neighboring GK's which GK hold which prefix. If you know the
location of the prefix, it is simpler to define a permanent endpoint, with a prefix or a set of prefixes.
