gnugk 2.2, but 2.0 will work in the same manner. Just configure:
    UseLoginID=1
    LoginID0=username
    PWD0=password
    LoginID1=username2
    PWD1=password2
    AuthMethod=0x00000002
    NTPIP=your NTP server

I have tested only numeric passwords (like "1234"), but any regular passwords
should work. It is very important, that NTP server has to be correctly setup,
otherwise you will always get authentication reject.
You can also enable fast start + h.245 tunneling by settings bits 0 and 1
of ConnectMode.
