Maybe it's me? If so, I do not think I am the right person.
Chih-Wei has much more deep knowlege on signalling and ras.

But I can help, of course. Another nice feature that gnu gk is missing
is "Divert On Busy", "Divert On Unreachable", etc. Also provisioning
that was present in 2.1 was quite good idea - we can then differentiate
between users that are unreachable or unregistered and not present at all
(not being subscribers of a given H.323 network).
