Someone working on packaging openh323 described openh323 as a pain in the 
rear. The installation procedure is quit different from the common 
`configure;make;make install` procedure used for just about any other 
piece of software.

Untill now I have not been able to package openh323gk due to this 
different behaviour and have not yet found a solution.
