I patched gnugk for choose gateway with less calls
number. And I posted patch in developers list some
time  
ago. 
Anyway, this is not good solution, because we use
cisco 827 with fxs lines and when call is dropped from
voip side line is still busy for several seconds
(about 20) from PSTN side (I think this is problem of
our PBX).
Anyway this is better than round-robin ;-)
