Yes, the gw that registered seems not to be using 
the permanent configuration, just  the prefix 78# that is defined on the 
gw, not from the config. try using the same alias.

[RasSrv::PermanentEndpoints]
192.168.0.10=voip-gw-03.interband.com.ar;78#,60#

    Something is wrong, the endpoint registered 
    with different h323ID than the alias you defined in your config... can you 
    explain this?

      A permanent EndPoint registered with 2 prefixes, when I do this

      I see it:
