No, it is not implemented yet. But it should not be so difficult to add it yourself.
Session-Timeout or h323-credit-time value should be propagated to the place
when CallRec object is created, then CallRec::SetTimer(int) function can be used
to setup call timeout.

If someone will find an elegant way to do it, I will apply patches. I think many
people are waiting for this feature.
