A compile of 2.0.5 doesn't produce segmentation faults. So the gatekeeper is
now running. The debain package install didn't work for me. I used the make
debug command. I still can not make a call to a nated endpoint. In 2.03 I
could do that. But I also need t.120 to work. ANthat din't work in proxy
mode in 2.0.3.
