Config is very basic taken from child.ini as follows:
========================================

[Gatekeeper::Main]
Fourtytwo=42
TimeToLive=600

[RoutedMode]
GKRouted=1
H245Routed=1
CallSignalPort=1721
SupportNATedEndpoints=1
AcceptUnregisteredCalls=1

[Proxy]
Enable=1
RTPPortRange=5000-5010

[Endpoint]
Gatekeeper=somegatekeeper.com
Type=Gateway
H323ID=mycompanye@internet.com
E164=1817
Password=gatewaypass
Prefix=1887
TimeToLive=900
RRQRetryInterval=10
ARQTimeout=2

[Endpoint::RewriteE164]
1887=7

[GkStatus::Auth]
rule=allow

# EOF  -- by cwhuang
=================================================

Basically the same as in the gnugk/etc directory..

Distribution is
Red Hat Linux release 7.3 (Valhalla)
Kernel 2.4.18-5

I have an iptables rule opening almost everything to the accepted ip's
will tighten that up and add authorization later. I did nothing special.
Did not even expect it to work but it did.
