Ok, here's mine.  Nothing fancy.  I do pretty much the same as what
you're looking for.  Clients on both ends are generally either
Netmeeting, Gnomemeeting, or Xmeeting but I have used Ohphone and
Openphone also.  Be sure to open the specified ports on the firewall and
make sure your router, if any, is h.323 compliant.  This is with version
2.04 but should work with any recent version.
