Yeap.I am using Mandrake Linux 9.1 with 2.4 kernel. This linux flavour comes with the kernel already patched and the ip_conntrack_h323 and ip_nat_h323. I am able to connect from behind my NAT firewall with NetMeeting and am able to receive connections from the internet.
