Hi, libh323_linux_x86_r.so.1 or symlink should be located in your_home_dir/libh323_linux_x86_r.so.1, what you have to do is to copy it to "well know lib locvation", in my case i've copied it to /ust/local/lib. Then run ldconfig and you should be fine.
